Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will be valid only from 01st August 2015 – 31st August 2015 (both days included).
  2. Travel Period from 1st August – 31st December.
  3. Special Prices on VISA destination of the Month will be limited to Oman Air operated flights to Frankfurt & Munich.
  4. Discount levels will be offered for all booking classes including Business class. (‘J’ class bookings are not eligible for this discount).
  5. The discount offered is applicable on the ticket base fare excluding all applicable taxes and surcharges.
  6. Offer is only valid for bookings made through www.findmyfare.com.
  7. This promotion discounts will be not applicable for Infant tickets.
  8. The promotion is open to all holders of Visa Credit Cards and Debit Cards issued by the Sri Lankan Banks.
  9. The travel should originate from Sri Lanka.
  10. Seats are subject to availability.
  11. All other Airline penalties will apply for any changes.
  12. Tickets purchased through the offer are non- refundable.
  13. Passenger must possess valid travel documents and are responsible for obtaining relevant Visas, other authorizations and documents required for travel.
  14. Cardholder(s) is/are to settle the total bill payment via Visa credit/debit card(s) to be eligible for the savings.
  15. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
  16. Visa reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms & conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
  17. Visa will accept no liability or responsibility to the Cardholders for the quality of goods or services provided by the service establishment(s) or any loss, damage or injury that maybe caused to the Cardholders or companion by any act or omission whatsoever of the partnering Airline.
  18. The General Credit/Debit Card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
  19. The promotion is bound by the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment and Visa Worldwide Pte Ltd.
  20. If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective service establishment & and Visa Worldwide Pte Ltd shall be final.
